An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card embedded in your smartphone or mobile device. It replaces the need for a physical SIM card and enables you to connect devices such as smartphones and tablets to cellular networks.

• Visit the Website
               o Go to the EVVO Travel Wi-Fi website and navigate to the eSIM section.

• Check Device Compatibility
               o Ensure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
               o Dial *#06# on your phone. If an EID is listed, your device is compatible.
               o You can also check here for a list of compatible devices.

• Purchase a Data Plan
               o Select your desired eSIM data plan and complete the purchase.

• Receive Your QR Code
               o Check your email for the QR code after payment.

• Activate and Connect
               o Scan the QR code and connect to the network upon arrival at your destination.

• Using a Code:
               o Dial *#06# and check if an EID is displayed.

• Manually Check Settings:
               o iOS: Go to Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data. If “Add eSIM” appears, your device is compatible.
               o Android: Go to Settings > Connections/Phone/More Connections/SIM Card Manager. If you see an eSIM option, your device is compatible.

• Check Carrier Lock:
               o iOS: Go to Settings > General > About. Under “Carrier Lock,” it should display “No SIM restrictions.”

Your eSIM QR code will be sent to your registered email within 5-10 minutes after payment.

• Install the Esim
               o Open Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data > Add Data Plan.
               o Scan the QR code emailed to you.

• Activate Upon Arrival
               o When you arrive at your destination, turn on data roaming in your phone settings to activate the EVVO eSIM data plan.

• Before Travel: Install and activate your eSIM before your trip, as you’ll need WiFi for setup.
• After Arrival: You can activate your eSIM upon arrival, but ensure you have access to WiFi for setup.

• Single-Region Plan: Ideal for trips to one country or region.
• Multi-Region Plan: Recommended for travel across multiple countries within a continent.
               o Verify that your chosen plan covers your intended destinations before purchasing.

The EVVO Travel eSIM supports 4G and 5G speeds, depending on coverage in your destination. Some areas may only offer lower speeds.

Monitor your remaining data through your device’s data settings.

Currently, calls and texts are not available. However, you can use apps like WhatsApp, Viber, or Messenger for communication.
